Victorine Agbor, FNP-BC, CRNP, is a board-certified family medicine practitioner with years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered, and comprehensive care. She emphasizes empowerment and trust-building as core principles in her practice.
Victorine earned her Master’s in Nursing from Husson University in Maine and completed over 600 clinical hours across primary care, pediatric, women’s health, and urgent care settings. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Victorine provides care for patients 18 years and older, offering a wide range of services, including:

I’m called Ancella Will Fominyam, a nurse with over 17 years of experience. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, my roles include a variety of responsibilities such as conducting assessments of patients with mental health status, diagnosing patients with mental health conditions, prescribing medications, administering medications, monitoring patients for potential side effects, providing psychotherapy, education, and much more.
My experience as a psychiatric nurse has given me a unique perspective on the mental health care system and the challenges that patients and healthcare providers face. My knowledge and insights can be invaluable in supporting the mental health and well-being of patients and in improving the overall quality of mental healthcare.
My name is Wendy Soh, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Washington, DC. I am one of the providers at Sunflower HealthCare Resources LLC—a behavioral/mental health provider located in Washington DC. We sub-specialized in child, adolescent psychiatry and also working with adults. We utilize evidence-based treatments with a strength-based approach that integrates the unique biological, psychological, spiritual, and social needs of each individual.
